  • Check-In: 4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

  • Free parking is available for up to two vehicles.

  • Please clean up after your pet(s).
  • Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
  • Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on, or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

  • The pet fee is $100 per dog, non-refundable.
  • Vacay Protection fee: Covers cancellation guarantee, inclement weather, damage coverage, and 24-hour on-call maintenance (see below).

  • Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property. Any damages that exceed $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.
